Wow! What a superb way to arrange corn for visibility! Never seen it this way, despite the fact that it is a popular food in Africa, Nigeria. I guess Nigeria and Filipinos share this meal as a popular meal between them, despite being in separate parts of the world.

Thanks. In some parts of the Philippines, corn is also being milled and cooked as how rice is being cooked. The texture is rough in the mouth but it is actually more healthy than rice.
