Dear Diary: I Had Forgotten Something On My Dialysis Today

Yesterday was a busy day for me as I waited for my Internet connection to speed up as I tried to post about an exciting event in my village with some screen shots of a cellphone video that I requested my mother to take. Fortunately my mother was able to get in the frame the stars of the afternoon game show so we got lucky with it and I was also not feeling good with some digestion problems so it just didn't make me get some sleep.

I did had some sleep on the late afternoon so all night I was up and steeming with visits to discord when I want to say hi to some friends. All that work just made me so sleepy on my dialysis session today. I had a good and comfortable positioning on my sitting chair and my portable fan is just breezing a g ood air on me so it just made me what I haven't gotten for a while, which is to get some sleep on dialysis time.

I attribute it to the vanishing pain in my back and I am deeply grateful about it. I have no more back pain today unlike before which bothered me so much and a painless day just gave me a very good comfortable dialysis session that I had forgotten to eat my meal which I typically have during dialysis sessions.

Eating is needed sometimes so that we do not get hypotensioned or drop our blood pressure because dialysis takes out salt, sugars, protein compounds, and electrolytes from our body that it causes our blood pressure go down.

Fortunately I survived the dialysis without eating today and my blood pressure just momentarily dropped which shoot right back up again after my session ended. My father actually texted me asking me if I wanted to eat three hours after my dialysis started because I was not asking him about if I wanted to eat.

I missed his text because I was wide asleep, comfortable and dreaming away while hooked up. It was all well after and I did had my lunch after we got home with some fried pork with gravy.
