How to get discounts for your events venue? ~ Mall

 We will meet the mall manager tomorrow for our upcoming event (Singer/Songwriting Competition by Steemit events!)

In every event the most important part is how you manage your expenses. You can raise capital via sponsor or loans but you still need to control how you spend your money. 

Before we send our LOI (Letter of Intent) to the mall, we asked for an endorsement from the local tourism government! This is to ensure you get the proper attention from the mall and to also prevent any possible scams or people taking advantage of our event (It doesn't hurt to be vigilant).

The discount came from the director of the tourism government himself, he really liked the idea of this event compounded with the concept of international support from Steemit and @dlive!  

 

Summary

It helps if you get the proper people to endorse your events. They can vouch for you and there's also a high chance they will get you discounts for the venue and possibly more.
