Update - Sorry for being inactive

in update •  8 years ago

This post is just to address why I haven't been active on steemit in the past few weeks, I would like to say that I have been to busy but that isn't really the reason, I have been relatively buys but not so much that I couldn't do anything. To be honest I think I just needed a bit of a break from steemit as I was starting to spend hours and hours on hear every day and burnt myself out a bit.

I have also had a little bit of trouble finding games I would like to talk about and I haven't seen a huge amount of tech that I could talk about, so if any one does have any suggestions I would be happy to receive them.

I will be back to my usual posting habits of most every day at the start of next week and will to my best to post as much content as I can.

I took a 2 month break. Part of it was due to medical reasons but there were days I did get on the computer for an hour and just didn't do anything more than check on my investments.

After a huge energy boost after my last iron infusion I finally felt that I could actually make a commitment to at least checking in every few days. After the first few days I realize I was probably a bit burnt out and procrastinating returning.

Welcome back!

Ye I know where you are coming from, I often find it hard to stay motivated and often find that I struggle to stick with doing the same thing for more than a few months.

Thank you!

Don't punish yourself too much for taking a break. We Steemians are usually master procrastinators, so nobody is judging. I myself took a few weeks off because my girl left me without telling a word. Had to "respawn".

Just enjoy writing when you feel like it. Everything will be fine as long as you feel guilty after a while. Because guilt makes you do stuff :)

This is one of my favorite parts of the steem community that people tend to be very good at not judging to harshly and are genuinely trying to help, thanks for the advice and support!

Always welcome :)
