Earth Rangers of The Greens join Civil Society Organizations and Entrepreneurs of the North West Region of Cameroon to commemorate the International Youth Day 2018
Theme: "Safe Spaces for Youth" #SafeSpaces4Youth #IYD2018
On Saturday the 11th of August 2018, Earth Rangers of The Greens shall join civil society activists from more than 15 Civil society organizations and Entrepreneurs from diverse business backgrounds to commemorate the 2018 International Youth Day under the theme "Safe Spaces for Youth".
Featuring during this year's International Youth Day is a Youth Forum under the theme " Building integrity and getting things done" which will have renowned civil society actor, Mr. Njuakom Francis (Founder/Executive Director) of CDVTA present a keynote address to the Earth Rangers and young people of the North West Region of Cameroon.
The Youth Forum shall take place at the conference hall of Blue Pearl Hotel at 08:00AM and at 11:00AM, and shall have the Coordinator of the Earth Rangers SASH-Program, Ngalim Franklin (Mr. Green) feature as one of the members of the panel discussions.
The youth forum will be closely followed by the launching of a fundraising campaign to support Internally Displaced Persons in the North West Region of Cameroon.
Since 2016 Cameroon has been suffering from a violent crisis (Anglophone Crisis) that has recorded serious material and human casualties. The Earth Rangers will take the lead to raise funds to support victims of the Anglophone Crisis in the North West Region
Next, we shall have a football match between Civil Society Organizations and Entrepreneurs at the St Paul's Field, Mile 3 Nkwen.
