Hello my dear Steemit friends, I am joining the #upfundme movement for the first time and this is my 7th day of posting. So far I have earned a little from the day I started my campaign. I still have a long way to go to achieve my target for me to buy needed materials for the repair of my classroom.
As days go by and opening of classes is very near, I am already worried about where, when and how I would get the funds for my classroom repair. I am starting to lose hope that some people here in #steemit might be a able to extend a helping hand and support me even just a little in the improvement of my second home.
Brigada Eskwela or the School's Maintenance Week will already start on Monday, May 28, 2018. Oh God, help me.
Now, I am starting to think really hard..
If only I have more money of my own, I wouldn't mind spending it with my classroom. If only more people would have big hearts to give even just a little to support this campaign, I think I would be jumping with joy. If only I could find more sponsors outside of steemit, I would definitely cling unto them.
But it is just so sad because I don't have the means of my own. I don't know if people would really have big hearts for the children. I don't know people who would be willing to sponsor our needs.
I am already starting to worry as to how I would be able to solve my problem with my classroom. Sponsors do not come easy. I have lots of things to buy for my classroom but I do have limited funds.
What makes me worry also is the idea of having evaluated with our physical classroom setting. Teachers are being evaluated with our classrooms every June to know if we have done our part in preparing our classrooms for the opening if classes. And the result of this evaluation will be used as one of the factors to be added in our individual performance rating which will also be used for the ranking of teachers.
I always get low points because of the condition of my classroom. It is old and badly needs repair in almost all parts of it from ceiling down to the floor.

I really need more volunteers and donors. But where can I find them?
I do hope people could be more sensitive towards the school needs.
