I'm approaching 14 Million net worth pretty quickly and I'm not trying to sell the rest of my NFL Legit Momentos too which I have like 21 left of, so if I can manage to sell a few of those I should be able to hit 14 mil pretty quickly and with it hopefully also surpass 230K monthly UPX earnings too on my properties continuing the march higher towards additional monthly earnings.
