One of my friends in Upland just straight up gifted me a Woodward Ave property in Detroit. He's big into the Detroit scene in the game and he wanted to have me close to a new store that he's opening in Downtown Detroit.
These Woodward Ave properties in Downtown can go for like $60-$100 and up even so it was a really nice gesture and I'm going to have to put in some work now to get as much of my NFL legits inventory into his shop!
