DTube upload doesn't work

I can't upload a small 6 minute film to Dtube. I have the same films on Youtube and when I upload them to Dtube it says it is uploading and I upload a snap aswell,description title etc. When it has finished uploading the files I click submit.
The thumbnail has a green tick,the film seems to have uploaded but I get an error message ...please upload a video before submitting
