Meet @TeamHumble and @Dayleeo in Upvotable 36!

Upvotable #36.jpg

Would you join us in discovering two Steemians that I just fell in love with after browsing MONTHS of posts each has written because you might love reading the same posts I enjoyed by @teamhumble and @dayleeo? Both authors show exactly why Steem is amazing and I love reading their posts so much I just added each to my auto voter along with voting up every one of their posts in the last seven days at once.

@dayleeo

  1. Awesome tutorial on building a cube to produce higher quality audio at https://steemit.com/diy/@dayleeo/how-i-made-my-mobile-borg-cube-diy-audio-and-voiceover-booth-for-less-than-usd20-00-bucks-or-diy. I really could have used this when I started making videos!
  2. Seeing love pour out onto the page in a conversation with dad as a part of a love story in progress just makes me tear up at https://steemit.com/life/@dayleeo/dear-teamhumble-23rd-of-september-welcome-to-your-life-there-s-no-turning-back.
  3. This was one of the first posts I read to get to know her better. Would you please remember this fact when writing please because she converted me on a 3 MONTH OLD POST to a reader on a post with 55 views. The posts we make here on Steem are cumulative and it may take months or years for us to get the full return out of writing a post! Thank you for writing this post @dayleeo at https://steemit.com/womenofsteemit/@dayleeo/this-this-is-a-moment-i-always-want-to-remember because it introduced me to the story with ...

@teamhumble

  1. Will we help @TeamHumble and @Dayleeo meetup at Steemfest 2 as seen in this entry at https://steemit.com/steemfest2/@teamhumble/steemfest-2-application-ticket-giveaway-make-mine-and-dayleeo-dream-come-true in the contest by @blueorgy?
  2. I feel like such an insider in this romance during these love letter posts at https://steemit.com/remsteem/@teamhumble/dear-dayleeo-23rd-of-september-slept-well-shaved-my-head-face-rash-into-the-day.
  3. The second post I upvoted by @teamhumble 3 months ago https://steemit.com/steemvan/@teamhumble/the-european-steem-van-and-the-creative-retreat-dream-project-show-your-support-1-250
  4. Thank you for the warm welcome to Steem at https://steemit.com/jerrybanfield/@teamhumble/jerry-banfield-invests-in-steem.

Thank You!

I am very grateful to @juliakponsford for connecting me with @dayleeo and reconnecting me with @teamhumble along with @eco-alex for doing outstanding curation on the comments in upvotable 35 to help me find these posts! Here is another post I liked in upvotable 35.

@sharoonyasir gives five helpful tips for working to overcome procrastination which helped me to get this post out at https://steemit.com/procrastination/@sharoonyasir/what-to-do-when-procrastination-kicks-in-real-bad

What Now?

In doing this upvotable post, would you join me in testing another new format where we introduce individual authors instead of doing a bunch of posts because doing this post was a lot of fun? I think what many of us would like most is just one or two authors in each upvotable to discover and follow.

To make this possible in future upvotable posts, would you make comments recommending the next author I should feature next because this might be an easier way to collaborate than using individual posts and help us to give the best reader experience each week? I am hoping to find more authors like @teamhumble and @dayleeo that have been making great posts for months on Steemit and would benefit most from our recognition and upvotes.

After testing making money the focus in previous posts, I am counting that approach as a failure in supporting my primary purpose of featuring authors that I love in these posts! Meanwhile, I will continue sending $10 SBD tips with @tipu for curating the comments and recommending an author to feature successfully! Thank you to @eco-alex for being the top curator on the comments in the last upvotable!

Love,
Jerry Banfield

If only upvotable series was not @jerrybanfield 's , the first author I would love to feature would definitely be @jerrybanfield for his simple method of making complex things understand, that help us not look dumb in the world of cryptocurrencies... at least me. Thank you sir!!
Another influential author as per me is @suesa for her extraordinary quality to consistently present science articles combining with fiction, making science more fun to understand and exciting.
Some works of her include series like - Understanding Research, Science explains and among all, the famous and amazing Suesa's Science challenge.
https://steemit.com/@suesa
I will also like to recommend @bindu for her command over the effortless presentation of social issues in the society.
Here are some of her articles:
https://steemit.com/life/@bindu/you-raped-her-because-her-clothes-provoked-you-i-should-break-your-face-cause-your-stupidity-provokes-me

https://steemit.com/philosophy/@bindu/stop-animal-slaughter-and-animal-rights-violation-make-it-a-cruelty-free-during-festival

https://steemit.com/life/@bindu/child-marriage-threatening-girls-in-nepal-say-no-to-child-marriage

Last but not the least, I will like to welcome @pjbnikao to the steemit community as he seems very promising in sharing quality contents among us as his introduction post suggests.
https://steemit.com/introduceyourself/@pjbnikao/my-formal-introduction-to-steemit-community
Thank You!!

Success @kelvanis! I am including @bindu as the next featured author thanks to your recommendation! Tip!

Thank you so much for featuring the author I recommended. I hope we will get to read more of her interesting and realistic posts in future !!

I am now following @suesa ! I am eager to read more of the series Science Explains! https://steemit.com/science/@suesa/science-explains-underwater-crop-circles

Big fan of @suesa.. I love her science posts big time :)

I am also following @bjbnikao!

He only has one post. It was a great post! Lets keep an eye on him and see how he does ;p

That introductory post had so much in it.. I can see lots of good post coming from @pjbnikao's bag.

@bindu's posts make me uncomfortable. I like that she is open and full of energy about posting about what it is like to live in Nepal, she is a strong woman who is supporting good causes. If you don't mind the uncomfortablility of tackling controversial problems head on, @bindu is for you, she also seems to respond to every single comment.

As I belong to Same country ( though I don't know her and we live in different cities miles away), I can totally corelate every situation she describes through the post which kinda touched my heart. I thought the issues which she addresses will be quite different and may be new and shocking for some living in the west. Hence I recommended her.. :)

@jerrybanfield! Oh my goodness! Thank you!

Just waking up on the east coast to all of this incredible digital love you've sent @teamhumble and myself, I don't know what to say.

Thank you for your kind words, thank you for helping share our stories, thank you for supporting two creatives trying to make a way together though digital expression and sharing the loves! (ok maybe I did know what to say haha)

DAMN Jerry you're about to make a girl cry!!!

(Also @juliakponsford you freaking gem, Thank YOU for nominating us! You do PAL proud my dear, they're lucky to have you <3 )

I'm so happy for you guys! You both make quality content and I knew it was just a matter of time before you'd be discovered by the masses ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Yes they do!!

Thanks love! Super exciting stuff, looking forward to sharing more!

You're welcome and I loved reading your reaction to the post!

haha you really threw us BOTH for a loop @jerrybanfield ! We did not see that coming but we're both incredibly greatful <3

Thank you again Jerry!

wow. for the first time in a long time i kinda don't know what to say. speechless. thank. you. so. much ;) thanks for everyone involved with bringing our daily letters to each other to your attention. i'm pretty sure when @dayleeo wakes up today she will be in tears a little over this! :) (eeeek!) -- i'm just about to write the letter of the morning now. great way to start the day!

<3 check on that tears tip.... :.)

This is one of those rare times I'm happy to make someone cry 😢

dawww feeling the loves!

You're welcome and I appreciate you giving so much to us on Steem since November 2016 in the hundreds of posts you have written @teamhumble!

I am proud to nominate @kiaraantonoviche

Kiara runs the Weekly Homesteader Newsletter, a niche upvoteable program for gardeners, preppers, sustainability nuts and the like.

She also runs the #HomesteadingChallenge - a wonderful contest that I hope to participate in in the near future.

She also writes deep and interesting posts about her life, like her no-plastics challenge series, combine this with her dedication to the community and we have a steemian who deserves to be featured.

Thanks @jerrybanfield for keeping us on our toes with this new format!

And she proves my point by coming out with an incredible Weekly Homesteader Newsletter #10

https://steemit.com/homesteading/@kiaraantonoviche/weekly-homesteading-newsletter-whn-special-edition-issue-10

i third this! ;-)

I second this! Kiara is truly a great force in the homesteading community and deserves the recognition.

I would like to nominate @anadikc 's blog on how he managed to go on a eye care campaign ! Hope you go through the post shared by him on the link below !

This is awesome jerry, steemit needs more people like you with this kind of mind set.
And i would like to norminate @sweetestglo-eu she an amazing author. You will certainly love her posts

This comment has received a 4.50 % upvote from @buildawhale thanks to: @g-mor. Send at least 0.100 SBD to @buildawhale with a post link in the memo field to bid for a portiona of the next 100% upvote.

To support our curation initiative, please vote on my owner, @themarkymark, as a Steem Witness

By looking at @sweetestglo-eu I found @steemit-virus! Seems like a great project.

@sweetestglo-eu is part of the growing talented community from Africa. Their blog tackles social problems from their home town in Lagos, Nigeria.

Thank you for sharing this @jerrybanfield

Sincerely,
@joeparys

nice to know them!

" The posts we make here on Steem are cumulative and it may take months or years for us to get the full return out of writing a post!"

A great point, Jerry. As you've said before, organic Google traffic will keep bringing people to your pages, which means even your old articles can gain you followers.

Thank for sir @jerrybanfield for accepting my recommendation. It's nice to have you here on steemit :)

I personally thank @eco-alex. He has proved to be a good curator. Choosing the best content is really tiresome but he does it perfectly.

For next upvotable, I have to posts to share which I think, can provide good value to the community. These are from @kanggary and @irime . Both have put good time and effort to create these posts.

https://steemit.com/life/@kanggary/combating-societies-beauty-standards

https://steemit.com/health/@irime/how-gaining-a-lot-of-weight-pushed-me-to-become-a-better-person-an-ongoing-personal-transformation-and-self-discovery-journey

Have a look at them .

I'm going to recommend this post by kanggary: https://steemit.com/life/@kanggary/things-homeless-people-can-teach-you

I'm not really into 'body' stuff.

Yet, they can be highly motivating for people in Steemit community. I have recommended them only after seeing their potential learning effects on community :)

I totally agree. Body image, body posture, body shaming, accepting yourself, all body topics are probably really important!

I suspect that everyone has things that interest them and others that don't. I come here to find new people to follow based on all of your recommendations. Surprisingly I end up following and liking many of the posts and authors (they've already been curated!) and even occasionally resteem something I find.

I find that @jerrybanfields upvoteable posts are a great place to find new people and articles, and I try to leave comments with my impressions in case it would help someone in the future. But my impressions are only what I think.

You're doing a great job brother. Curating posts by giving your personal and unbiased opinions is really good. And yeah, everyone has their own taste or interests in writing as well as reading articles.

Hi @jerrybanfield! I have been an active promoter of Steemit in our University and community here. How about featuring users who are promoting Steemit the same as you are doing? I would be glad to share our University campaigns here .

If you have time, please do check our promotion campaign in our university here :

Plus, next week I will be distributing Steemit pins to University students plus making #Steemit-Engineering shirts for our community here. So happy to share the same vision with you. Thanks @jerrybanfield.

Sincerely,

@jassennessaj

You're doing great @jassennessaj ...thanks .

Wow, thanks for sharing @teamhumble Jerry, they look like they're offering a lot of value to the community!

I would like to nominate @ikaputri3. A very talented and underappreciated steemit chef. Her recipes are delicious, the photos are mouthwatering Sample1 Sample2 Sample3

I am now following @ikaputri3 and will be trying to make those brownies as soon as possible. Its 15 minutes to lunch break here and these articles are just making me hungry. Thanks for the suggestion!

Edit: what I really love is the in depth articles with multiple pictures, ingredients, personal experience and generally well constructed and beautiful presentation!

yes, I get tempted by her sumptuous pics every time! definitely a very talented chef bound to do wonders in future :) thanks for the support...

This is a truly amazing opportunity for us all to find great content and shine some light over it. Thank you @jerrybanfield for making it possible! :)

Hey @jerrybanfield The Holy Monk your posts are awesome.

Thank you brother.
@oodeyaa

Thanks for putting up one of my posts on you Upvotable a month or so back. I really like writing informative pieces which do take time and inspiration to make.

I just happen to have another one done: https://steemit.com/cryptocurrency/@reyhaynes/cryptocurrency-and-the-illusion-of-profits

In any case, love the upvotable series! Glad to see well written pieces worthy of upvotes!

I like your posts that I have visited a lot, you are very good at making posts, so please forgive me for you this suggestion from me, hopefully every comment from friends served. thank you for sharing a very good post @jerrybanfield.

It's awesome work @jerrybanfield . Keep it up and thanks for sharing.
Please check your steemit chat .

I was wondering what happens to good writers whose work don't get to your upvotable list. May we find each other and support one another!

thanks @jerrybanfield for the valuable post!

I would like to nominate @sqamemal aka myself for the next upvotable.
From being a meme shitposter, hungry for more sbd/steem to a respectable steemian trying to raise awareness of steemit and crypto in India through a hackathon. I believe that my change inspires other unethical steemians to give up their methods and become a respectable user in this community.

Am following.

I would like to nominate @jedau

He is a wonderful writer, focusing mostly on fiction and honest and transparent accounts of life. And he is just finishing up a 30 day traffic koan writing challenge where he has been posting new koans daily and challenging people to figure them out and share their own stories in the comments.

He always reads other people's posts thoroughly and writes thoughtful and positive comments.

He has been writing prolifically here since July 2016, is just a lovely person and I believe could do with a bit of recognition for all his efforts!

Thanks!
