Yet, @hr1, @tecav, @rxhectordali. soh, @pompe72 @taspingo and many others voted.
Plus, his post is worth $0.69 on steemit. It is not possible that he won 0.048 SBD with it.

Conclusion:
He scams the users, rewarding only one voter not proportionally, to believe that he does it randomly.
