Great recommendation on writing down your thoughts. When I take the time to journal, I find that it helps me to organize my thoughts in a coherent way. Often, I can consolidate my "overthinking" into 3-4 bullets points or a couple paragraphs – which is a lot easier to manage/process than cycling through everything repeatedly in my head. Upvoted!
