Hi. I am only speaking from personal experience. I get "acne" like that but I believe it is a form of cysts. I usually get more when I eat too much refined foods like sugars, fast food, too much alcohol and other greasy horrors. I believe the liver gets overloaded and cannot filter properly and the toxins make several passes through the body clogging pores, thus infecting them. I take milk thistle which is a natural liver stimulant and I can tell in a about a week with also improving my diet, the cysts subside and my bowel functions improve. Read up on milk thistle before taking it, it's not an all the time supplement. Hope this helps.
