the script select completely random with no bonuses or preferences, if there's less than five eligible it will ofcourse not carry over a vote to the next day as votes per day are limited, @ubasti will always power up 100%, the intention is not to have massive 5 votes over time, but a minimum dust payout at most per vote, which means over time there will be more votes per day to hand out. This is not promoted, it grows as it grows

no longer the online number server as it lags too much and slows down generation of the posts. Still up : total removal of nil-value votes (as that is REALLY parasitic) and probably a fairness algorithm where people who put in 100 vote weight get a few more credits on the pick to have a slightly bigger chance to win than 1%ers

all of these things are subject to change as i'm tinkering on it after the mods to condenser which i caught afaik so i dont waste any time on them more than i should ... until ..
