HAS anybody else in the Red-Fish and Minnow Glass Bowl noticed a significant decline in Comment Upvotes Received?
This would be only natural, given the quadrupled power and energy spent on upvoting for those with less than 500 SP.
I have not changed my M.O. on number or quality of comments - but while some are answered by the poster, a significantly lower percentage of my comments receive upvote rewards since HW19?
Would love to hear from your experience!

Based on what I saw on my https://steemstats.com/ it looks like everyone voted with 100% at the start of the day and only have 1% or less now.
My personal observation, so it might not be true for everything.

I know that since HF19,I have cut back on upvotes because I only get 10,so yeah def. more selective... sad , I know but whats a poor boy to do... hate being limited but such is this world...

An upvote limit is just natural, since it is based on actual value taken from your account and transferred to someone else - volountarily,
My emphasis was more on the percentage split between original submissions and comments. Can't wait till I get to 500 SP... :)
