I thought about the idea of an algo that weakens a whales vote if not many whales have voted in the last 24hrs and/or not for many different authors.
That means if the votes of the whales arent spread then they have less of an impact.

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
