The correct amount of STEEM is not being paid out currently. The boost function seems to have been incorrectly turned off for many users. For example...

Nothing has been changed between the two days... it is an error with UPVU. Please check.

    The problem occurred when the Steem API was unstable.
    Steem reward, which was lacking on November 1st, will be delivered tomorrow (11/3).
