Of the 20 valid entries for this contest (which respect all the rules), I had to choose only 5... The choice was difficult but fortunately for the first time, I have the best jury team ever to help me:

🏲 Before giving you the results I would like to draw your attention to the rule number 1 of this contest.

➊ Your photography must be made by you and must be accompanied by a proof. It can be:

• A second photography with a paper with "My entry for the B&W URBAN PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST by @flamingirl" IN FRONT OF THE SUNSET. Not only a paper because it does not prove anything ^^:
• The original version of your unedited photo
• The photo of your camera with the image on the screen
• You with your camera with the image on the screen
• You front of the same urban photography

You should know that for the final you cannot be selected if you do not give me proof that it is your job. That's what happened during the last contest and it almost made me give up the contests. If I do it again it is to be able to reward the talent of the Steemians who deserve that their work is exposed without taking into account their reputation or their wallet. THE WINNER OF THE DAY IS: @pardinus

Took this photo in George Town, Malaysia. George Town is a Unesco World Heritage Site: a few years ago, efforts were made to increase the quantity of art in the city, and the results were incredible. Among all the great creations that appeared from an increasing number of initiatives, a lithuanian artist called Ernerst Zacharevic created what are for me the coolest art forms in town: a blend of painting and objects, such as the one on this photo, Children on a bicycle.

Hi Steemians, this is my today's #blackandwhite contribution to the #urban-photocontest by @flamingirl.

Photo with the New York's Flatiron Building, a landmarked building located between Fifth Avenue, Broadway, and East 22nd Street. Upon completion in 1902, it was one of the tallest buildings in the city and today it's one of the most photographed building in NYC.

This is a cross-section view from the Celcus Library.
The library was built in Rome during the 115 years.

This head image is my entry for the 7 DAYS STEEMIT B&W URBAN PHOTOGRAPHY CONTEST by @flamingirl. I found this beautiful street mural in the city of Vitoria Gasteiz during my road trip to northern Spain. The painting spreads over the whole wall and blends perfectly with the windows, the flower pots and the electrical cabinet in front. I also like how the artist handled the details of the fabric. You see all the creases and even the letters on the small tag. It must have cost a lot of time and it required great skills to create this piece of artwork.

In fact, I never heard of this capital city of the Basque country before, but it turned out to be a huge gem. It was awarded the title of European Green Capital in 2012 and it is consistently ranked as one of the 5 best places to live in Spain. Wandering through the city, I was amazed by this multicultural place with a wide variety of architectures and the stunning street art in many corners of the city.

New York City...specifically the Flat Iron building is iconic. I've always loved that style of architecture and I think that my B&W version of this photo really brings out the details in the building. I took this a few summers ago when I was playing for the circus down in Coney Island...on my days off I would pick a place in NYC to visit via subway and just walk around and shoot pictures, this has always stood out as one of my favorites.
