The Door of a Communal Apartment

This photo has a lot of interesting details. Even an electric bell (located next to an improvised number) looks antique. Below, with the help of four screws, a nameplate was attached, with information on the number of calls to different residents. The nameplate is probably very old. It's unusual that not only surnames are written, but also initials. And below you can see the remnants of the old mechanical bell, there is the inscription "I ask to turn", but the handles that need to be twisted have not survived. This handle was connected with a cord with a bell.

Здесь много интересных деталей. Даже электрический звонок (расположен рядом с самодельным номером) выглядит антикварным. Ниже с помощью четырёх саморезов приделана солидная табличка, с информацией о количестве звонком разным жильцам. Табличка по всей вероятности очень старая. Необычно, что написаны не только фамилии, но и инициалы. А ещё ниже можно разглядеть остатки старого механического звонка, там надпись "прошу повернуть", но ручки, которую нужно крутить, не сохранилось. Эта ручка с помощью шнура соединялась с колокольчиком.
