I'LL SHOW YOU MINE, IF YOU SHOW ME YOURS!!!

As a kid I can remember this phrase quite well. With great regularity it would be thrown around, verbalized by a friend as a challenge.

I hope you're not thinking that the challenge I am referring to has anything to do with sending me shots of your rump, so that in return I will show you my gluteus maximus. If you are, then I hate to disappoint.😊😊😊

What I am referring to here is a challenge put out there by #kenmelendez. His challenge is to have the Steemit community mail 1,000 letters to Coinbase in 4 weeks. The hardest part about this challenge is that he is requesting that the final draft being mailed, is hand written. The letters are to state why we believe Coinbase should list Steem on their exchange platform.

You may be asking, why did thebigsweed upload this picture of a bunch of asses. The answer to that question is simple. If we don't promote ourselves through this letter writing campaign, we are all a bunch of asses.

There are so many fellow Steemians out there that do much more than their fair share for the entire community.
My participation in helping Steem/Steemit climb to the summit, step by step, lies solely in creating good content, and supporting good content. I am somewhat new at Steemit and learning all the time. When it comes to the technical part of creating quality posts, my skills are limited. I just recently found the button to add emojis. 😊😊😊.

Many of you, I would suspect, are in this same boat? Our expertise does not allow us to contribute in any other fashion.

It is now our turn to step up our game in support for those who have done right by us. In so doing, we also further our own dreams. This letter writing campaign initiative allows us to go that extra mile, because it is something all of us can do.

These post could turn out to be the most beneficial posts any of us have done up too this point.

If you decide to join in, which there is only on excuse for not being a part of this initiative, that being, you are no longer an active participant, do not wait.

The real objective is to get the CEO to read these letters. This would have a better chance of happening if our letters were to reach Coinbase in a steady stream, and not all at once at the end of the four week period.

It is human nature to blame others and point a finger in their direction. Let us all point our fingers, in unison, towards the direction of the goal.
