Vladimir Konstantinovitch Boukovsky est un ancien dissident soviétique qui a passé 12 ans de sa vie emprisonné (camp, prison, hôpital psychiatrique). En 2005, il publiait un pamphlet comparant l’Union européenne et l’Union soviétique. Il compare le régime soviet qu’il a connu et l’Union Européenne qui installe des goulags intellectuels.
