What is URT ?

Universal Recognition Token is the first blockchain-based business rewards marketplace where employees can sell and auction their gifts, rewards and awards to the public.
The foundation of Urtoken uses blockchain to create a market through which people can make money from any unwanted company gifts they receive. When an employee receives a gift or wins an award, he can take it shortly for himself or choose to auction it and receive cash (or alternatively, the employer may choose for the employee). Credit cardholders with internal or mileage reward points have cash equivalents and can redeem for a fixed price prizes.

Most donated gifts did not match what the staff really wanted. This is because HR departments can not predict what each individual employee wants, especially as the number of offices and staff increases.

2 Stackability

Because URT is permanently stored and unchanged on Blockchain, the token value never expires. This means you can accumulate smaller gifts that otherwise would be wasted on something more meaningful, such as a dinner or a trip. It can follow you for life, even if you change the owner.

3 Better reward

Currently, HR departments select the award for all employees. This is a challenge because employees have different interests and are scattered geographically in many offices. As a result, they often choose gifts that are either boring or very general (such as Starbucks gift certificates or wristwatches). People are familiar with these gifts - by 2018, they have no major impact.
