Its 300 SF not 3000. 3000 SF guys would be an entire SF Group. 300 is a company plus enablers. Since each ODA is deigned to raise approximately a battalion of line infantry from the local population 3000 would be more like multiple divisions or a Corps size element. Completely unrealistic.
