WASHINGTON: Top Indian-American American adviser Dalip Singh discussed the goals and mechanism of US sanctions imposed on Russia during his recent visit to New Delhi, the White House has said.
Singh, considered a key architect of Washington's punitive economic sanctions against Moscow, said on Friday in New Delhi this week his shared interest in deepening US-India economic cooperation and a free and open Indo-Pacific, the White House said. Were to discuss ways to proceed.
