Why is newbie cant be a whale on steemit easly?

I wonder why is newbie hardto get a lot of money? And I find out that most of newbie finish the steemit in 1~8 week
than they says I dont earn a money. Lets say there is 1000 newbies after 2month only 300 newbies left and thats good
but some newbie have not a great skill on steemit and after 1month 100 newbie left . after another 3month there is only 10newbies that skill is good and dont give up. Finally 10whale had been made.

The most hardthing is to ignore the whales. You need to at first build your skills.
Thats why I think newbie is hard to be whales
