The dollar won’t be harmed much if the petrodollar goes away. Foreign demand for the dollar is high and will remain that way (even with no petro exchanges). The dollar is aso pegged for many other commodities like the global copper trade. All the other fiat currencies are even less stable. Just shows you how crappy fiat currencies are the world over.
Those who are acting like the dollar will completely fail the day the petrodollar is killed off are over exaggerating and don’t see the bigger picture. When you see posts like, “collapse of dollar as petrodollar ends” just know that you’re reading confirmation bias garbage and that even though the dollar is inflationary, it’s still one of the more stable currencies in the world. As long as the us economy is strong (and it will be for a while to come) losing petrodollar status is not what the fearmongers hype it up to be.
I made bad economic decisions when I was young based on libertarian buzzword bollocks and investment advice (Peter Schiff massively underperforms).
The US dollar isn't going anywhere and they are preparing a Blockchain based dollar that will enhance their control and power over the global financial system not because of conspiracy but because it's better than the alternatives. The US is a land of contrasts. Normal people see the worst of the US on a daily basis and not the best of the US on a daily basis that actually keeps the ball rolling in a stable way.
Just saying, don’t follow the irrational libertarian groupthink.
but pushing "ennemies" to the edge like "we're" doing, long-term perspectives aren't bright
