The firing took place in front of the National Security Agency (NSA) headquarters in the suburbs of Washington on Wednesday. It is, indeed, secret intelligence agencies whose main responsibility is to engage in electrical equipment around the world.
NBC News has released a photo of the incident, where it is seen that the NSA staff surrounded a man wearing a handcuff and thrown around the ground. Three people were injured in the incident. One suspect has been arrested. This incident happened in front of Maryland's Fort Midway.
A black car hit a concrete barrier on the spot. There is a leakage of guns in the front window of the car. The NSA said the situation is now under their control.
