All-in - User Authority - I Delegated 5000 SP

Last week, even before the introduction post I delegated 5000 SP to @steem-ua

I know @scipio for a long time already. He is also dutch like me and we met on steem and talked about many subjects. Some weeks ago I had some inside info on user authority and that made me decide to support them 100%.
