Thank you for wanting to use the User Help support ticket system! We designed this to be super easy as a SteemIt user to get the necessary help you need. All you have to do is add #userhelp as the first part of your support ticket. So it would look like this:

Simple and straight forward. This will arrive in our User Help forum and we’ll answer it.
