Man arrested in 'road rage' death of 18-year-old Bianca Roberson

David Desper, 28, turned himself in on Sunday morning for the June 28 shooting death of college-bound Roberson. The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that the West Goshen police received at least 1,000 tips before Desper turned himself in.
