An option to pause recording on answering of calls and resume recording on hangup. Sound recorder

Components

Sound recorder enables the user to record and save audio files. While I was using sound recorder to record today, I had a call and I decided to answer it, little did I know that sound recorder was still recording. The whole file that I recorded was corrupted because sound recorder did not pause while I was answering the call rather my ringtone and the whole conversation was recorded alongside my audio file. This brought ne to a zero point because I had to start recording all over again as the old one was corrupted. Sound recorder does not have "pause during calls" feature which is a problem because it is difficult to know when a call is coming in. I had to put my phone on airplane mode so that I won't be faced with the issue of having to start all over again.

Proposal

I guess so many users have been faced with this issue and I believe it is time for the developers to address it. Sound recorder should have a pause on call/resume after hangup feature. It should be an option that is situated inside the settings of sound recorder so that recorder files don't get corrupted.

Benefits

The pause on call/resume after hangup will be an awesome feature for users. It will eliminate the issue faced by files being corrupted because of an unexpected call. They will be no need for users to put their mobile phones on airplane mode before recording. It will relax the minds of users as they will be certain that their audio is safe even in the process of an unexpected call.
