I was able to reproduce the bug on my device.
It doesn't matter what orientation the phone is to begin with, rotating it makes the feature break.
Proofread your posts to make sure there aren't any typs "Select the "make paylist" feature." What is a paylist? Am I on your paylist? :D
Please improve your grammar and make sure to include the essence of the bug in the title, and the name of the application you tested.
