[tagbot] Additional requirement to receive the vote of the bot.

Components

Tagbot is an upvote bot, upvotes posts with a specific tag based on pre-defined parameters. This fulfills several functions to distribute your vote to publications with more quality.

Proposal

To all of us who follow this great project we know that it evaluates the publications through its labels and selects a handful at random.
My proposal is to take as an additional requirement the diversification of the vote of the chosen user, that is if he uses his vote for a closed group of people or for his same use is placed in the Blacklist of the Bot.

This can be done easily by means of a function already created by Gini Simpson, which measures the diversification of the votes by means of a scale that goes from 0 to 1, a parameter could be established so that users who want to vote of the bot should have their score above 0.7. Mockups / Examples

Although it is a suggestion in its technical majority I will show images of how the scale worksGini-Simpson.

And in its last update the #Dmania BOT implements this function, and divides them between green and orange separating those that are authorized and those that are not.

Although I made a similar proposal a couple of days ago for Utopian, I made the recommendation here. Because I think it is easier to implement it here since it is a project that is still starting.

Benefits

Although it does not directly benefit the BOT or its operation, implementing this will greatly benefit the entire #Steemit platform since the Bot will only give ascending votes to people who help the community in general and not those who keep their vote for themselves.
