Top up your prepaid mobile with your SBD or Steem from anywhere in the world.

Merry Christmas to you all in this happy season. Hope you're enjoying to the max. I'm here in Ghana chilling like its no man's business 🤣🤣.

I know some or most of us will be having a lot of fun this festive season and some might have already withdrew some of their Steem or SBD and converted to fiat just to purchase a couple of stuff. Thus, enjoy the fruit of their labor.

Recently, I came a across a site that helps individuals to top up their mobile prepaid using cryptocurrency. Bitrefill.com has helped me top up my prepaid mobile (Vodafone Ghana) for a fortnight now (2 weeks). I just thought it wise to share this amazing stuff with the Steemit Community.

I'll just get to it right away.. heheh

First go to Bitrefill.com

Click the drop down arrow next to the flag and select your country. I selected Ghana because I'm in Ghana and include your mobile number. Bitrefill supports lots of countries so I'm pretty sure you'll find your country in that list.

Next click on See Prices to select the amount you can top up.

Here you'll see the available amounts you can refill with in your local currency. I typed in GHS 16 cos I needed to top up with Sixteen Ghana Cedis. Or you can type in what you need exactly (...or enter a custom amount). Maybe less or more depending on the amount you need.

Now include your email so you would receive updates about your order. This is very important though.

Now confirm your details especially your mobile number cos you don't want to top up for anyone unless its a gift. Also check your email and select what you want to pay with.

I selected Litecoin because of the charges on Bitcoin transactions and how slow they can be off late. I cant afford to pay $50 fees per transaction.

Confirm everything and click on "To payment".

Here you'll be provided with the exact amount you opted for in LTC or BTC depending on which one you chose and an address you'll need to send to.

Now Go to your Steemit wallet, click on transfer on either Steem or SBD and select Sell to open Blocktrades.us.

Blocktrades makes transactions easy for we Steemians.

On Blocktrades.com, set your "Send" to either Steem or SBD and Receive (estimated amount) to Litecoin cos we want to buy with our Steemit currency and receive our top up in the blink of an eye with Litecoin.

Input the exact amount Bitrefill gave for your topup in the Receive box and Blocktrades will convert it to Steem or SBD depending on what you chose. Also input the receive litecoin address Bitrefill provided.

Click on Get Deposit Address and Blocktrades will provide you with a memo for the transaction.

Go back to your Steemit wallet and Click on Transfer. Input the Account Name and exact amount in Steem or SBD and Memo provided by Blocktrades.

Click on Submit and you'll receive your top up in no time. Mine took almost 30 seconds. Hehehe.. Power Of Steemit.
