@shoganaii it is a really good post, I have been looking for something like that since they dropped the support for Crowdin. You dropped it at discord today while I was seeking some answers, so thanks a lot :) It's a shame your contribution here has not been approved, I came across those issues before, but You should promote this post because this is very useful right now and people are confused about process. I also have one question - can u maybe explain how is it done - since waiting for repository owner, this PR i guess, can take much longer - how does 7 days rewarding period apply to that? What if it will be approved after one month - u will not receive a reward from utopian?

Glad you find it useful.
True, it may take time for the PR to be merged depending on the project. Well the 7 day rewarding period will not be affected because you can only submit contributions, after your Pull Request is merged on the official repository.
If your Pull request was approved, after a month, then you can only submit this after a month as well. My suggestion would be to actively contact project owners and let them of your plans to contribute. Or better find projects who are very active, you can check the commits, approved PR, etc.

Thanks.

It makes a lot of sense i am happy to hear that. It's not gonna be very easy but i believe it's a better process for utopia after all. Still not ideal. But hopefully i will find a way to make it work for me. I will check your link, thank You for all the info!
