How to Use openScale (Android App)

OpenScale is an application which keep easy log of your body metrics.

Some Features of this application are:

• Logs your body metrics such as: weight, body fat, body water, muscle percentage, lean body mass, bone mass, BMI, BMR, waist/hip circumference, waist-hip ratio and waist-to-height ratio.
• Keep track of your diet process
• Display all your data on a chart and table
• Import or export your data from or into a CSV file
• Estimates body metrics such as : body fat, body water and lean body mass based on scientific publications
• Support for many users
• All data belongs to you /no cloud service

Here, I give you description about the normal body condition:
Body Fat :
Women : 21-24%
Men: 14-17%

Body water:
Normal: 50-65% of the total body

Muscle percentage:
Women: 24,4 -30,2
Men: 33,4-39,4

Lean Body Mass:
Women:69-75%
Men: 76-82%

Bone Mass:
Women
Weight < 50 kg : 1,95 kg
Weight between 50 kg – 70 kg : 2,4 kg
Wight > 70 kg : 2,95 kg

Men:
Weight < 65 kg : 2,66 kg
Weight between 65 kg – 95 kg : 3,29 kg
Weight > 95 kg : 3,69 kg*
