Allow users to choose a save folder on their device

Memetastic

Memetastic is an application used to create custom memes. The application is open source and it contains sample pictures which can be easily edited with captions. The application is simple to use.
The application also allows uses to save memes in the application.

Proposal

I will like to to suggest that users should be given an option to select a file path where their created memes can be saved.
Using the application I noticed created memes can be saved through the application but it does not appear in the mobile device gallery. So looking for the created meme is always difficult because users will have to go through loads of folders in the file manager.
I will like to suggest that a "Save folder" should be added to the application since created memes do not automatically appear in mobile device gallery.

Mockups / Examples

An illustration showing where the option can be positioned is shown below:

After going to the Settings page. When the user selects the "Choose save folder" option, paths to folders on the device shows so users can easily select where their created meme images can be stored for easy access.

Benefits

With this added option users can easily locate their created meme images since it can not be found in the mobile gallery. Also there will be easy access to the images without having to open the application especially when a user wants to share the meme.

This option will reduce stress of looking for photo memes created by users because with a "Save folder option" users know exactly where their images are saved. They do not have to go through loads of folders to find their images.
