MyNote has a lagging scroll effect. One can only scroll through a short pace. Instead of the sleek scrolling that is likely to bring the view down to the bottom or half way there.
Proposal
MyNotes should be optimized for smooth and sleek scrolling. Instead of lagging and moving in short paces.

Benefits
Scrolling on MyNotes would be better and faster, and users will no longer be bothered by the lagging scroll effect.
