I am a good fan of Google Chrome. It is very fast when it comes to browsing, packed with lots of features. But one thing had caused me to stop using Google Chrome.
Why did I stop using Google Chrome?
Recently I discovered I've been spending so much on data subscription coupled with the fact that data is very expensive in this part of the world (Nigeria). I opened steemit page at an average of 30times per day, with all contents on the page refreshed each time I exit a page and back.
It was becoming inconveniently unaffordable for me browsing through steemit and other related sites.
With research and help of a friend, I discovered images on each page I opened had always been reloaded and refreshed, even the ones I don't wish to view.
I was forced to discovered Firefox browser with a feature that solved my problem 70%.
The feature thus :

BLOCK IMAGE
With this feature on Firefox, all images are initially hidden when you open any page....this is a screenshot taken on Firefox browser with my TecnoL8lite plus.
....where you can subsequently choose to view the image or not.
I can choose to view any image by simply long-pressing on the image block as seen below.

With this feature I've been able to cut down significantly on my expenditure on data subscription.
But as a fan of Google Chrome, I still miss out on other features, hence this post to improve on it.
