Description

Switch is a very exciting module with many uses. It allows us to easily use variations in Control Voltage to control the flow of multiple signals.

Learn the functionality of Bogaudio's Switch

Bogaudio's Switch module uses high and low variations in Control Voltage to control the flow of signal from other sources into the module and out. This can be accomplished with an LFO module. The cycle of the LFO's voltage can signal a Gate to open and close.

Learn how to operate Switch

To use the module we first connect multiple inputs of signal into the INs. We then content the OUT to a desired external module. Using a LFO set to a cycle from a low to high frequency we can set the high frequency to open the "High" input and the low frequency to open the "Low" input. These will alter back and forth with the speed of the LFO.

Learn changes in Control Voltage can be used a Gate

We know that the cycling voltage from an LFO can be used to control various modules, such as a VCO. The Switch module functions by monitoring the cycling changes in control voltage and when it passes a specific threshold it opens either the high or low input to allow that signal through to the Out.
