Open Source Social Project: Liferay Portal- Turkish Translation Part 9

I have joined Liferay-portal's open source translation program , and i had start to translate''Language.properties'' document on ''portal-impl'' file and ı took it from %86 to %89 i translated 735 words .I don't use any translation program , the entire translation is done by myself.

          I fixed that mistake, ı saved already but ı put 2 alternatives you can choose which one is correct @deathwing and thanks for your feedback.
