Your contribution cannot be approved because it does not follow the Utopian Rules.

HARD rules broken:

A contribution must contain ...benefits of your work to the project owner.

I don't see how your logo represent a launcher app. the shape of your logo is too abstract.

the logotype is too small compared to the logomark
The edge of the sahpe (marked with black lines) not even straight.

Suggestions:

keep in mind that list launcher is android app, nowadays android app icon often made in symetrical 1:1 dimension. if you want to make your logo in abstract shapes, put it square, rounded square or round backgroud as the icon version.
