Adding (%) and arrow key to calcy

in utopian-io •  7 years ago  (edited)

Components

calcy is a basic calculator app built with electron. its used for simple calculations. it works on mobile with the website and also with keyboard.

Proposal

i propose that percentage and arrow button be added to calcy. it will allow users to calculate anything related to percentage with ease. When number is entered on calculator and the percentage button is pressed, the calculator will display the decimal equivalence. arrow button will allow the users to erase mistakes without having to clean all and start all over again.

Mockups / Examples

From this above image, when the arrow is pressed, the line moves to desired space either to or fro and any number to be deleted is captured.

Benefits

having the percentage feature on calcy will make it more unique. it convert any number from its percentage form to its decimal form.
It helps to calculate percentage related problems on time without going through a long process.
Having the sliding button will make it easy to correct errors made while calculating. it will make it easy to erase from any point when error is commited

Thanks.
