Features Request to Open Source Application

Components

Nodejs Package Manager is an Electron desktop application which supports both npm and bower packages. It provides many features as listed below.

Presently Available For Windows 64 bit Only.

Proposal

It would be more useful if the application could have the following suggested features implemented.

1 Pagination- This feature allows users to navigate results of packages page by page at the end of application.

2 Search results for package name- This feature would allow search results displaying number of packages found for particular package name in the search bar.

For instance package "screenshot" [results found 125 packages] and below is edited screenshot showing pagination with number [1 to 5] to navigate results page by page, could be implemented

Benefits

Right now the application lets us to use our mouse to check package and no idea of total results found for a particular package.

With the addition of these suggested features it would make it easy for users to check results by number of packages as well as check packages using pagination to go back and fourth and install our favorite npm packages accordingly.

Hopefully this will make the said app more useful for all users of the npmjs package manager.
