Adding an "Auto Update" feature

Components

I use Sonarr daily for my home theater, there is one issue that bothers me though. The updates are manual, it does not perform it automatically even though the program is idle at that time.

Proposal

It would be really good to have an option on "General" section of settings regarding this, a Yes/No or On/Off option that would enable updates to be installed automatically at a certain time/or whenever available.

Benefits

It will surely benefit most of the Sonarr users greatly due to the bugfixes and new additions coming every day however some people like me will never bother checking the update from time to time.
