What is utopian motivation to make certain conditions?
in my opinion it is difficult for me. especially in the repository. does utopian only support blog categories that contain a repository? and if they create a blog according to its utopian requirements, but do not create this repository. How is this?
If there is not a valid open source repository linked to your submission, it can't be supported by Utopian. Utopian is about contribute with open source projects, so, the most important requirement is to write about an open source project. Each submission is manually reviewed by the moderation team, so, it's really difficult to accept posts in all languages and review them in a correct way, so for this reason only English submissions are supported now.
