this a bug in writing section of utopian new layout

Utopian had a new layout but there still a bug with picture uploading because when i was writing a suggestion in Utopian i needed to upload some images to my suggestion i used this button

but after i uploaded the first image i wanted to add another ones but the button wasn't there

all you can see is this spin rolling over and over image.png
i hope that you can fix this in the future

i use windows 10 and Opera last version browser
