Turkish translation of Electron, 687 words. Part #2

This is the second part of my translation work for Electron, where I translated 687 more words in the project. I have almost finished "Build Instructions (Linux)" page with this. (%80)

That makes a total of 1458 words translated. from me (See part1)

Electron is used to build desktop apps with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. It powers the well-known desktop steem wallet Vessel and the famous code editor Atom.
