Turkish translation of Electron, 771 words. Part #1

I have started translating Electron.

Electron is used to build desktop apps with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. It powers the well-known desktop steem wallet Vessel and the famous code editor Atom.

Even though the minimum requirement is 500 words, I did 771 for the starter. I want to finish all the missing translations of Electron in the future.
