Expected behavior
1.I created a post using esteem mobile v2.0.6 and approx 1 minute later i saw that the age of post is showing 6hrs old. I had noticed it first time.
2.I saw same issue in feed section when i was checking new feed post which was posted by to whom i follow.
Actual behavior
Actually the age of post should be same in all interfaces like as esteem app, busy etc. but here in this new version of eSteem app i am looking different post age of posts hence this is a bug. Surely the new app is unable to sync proper time from server.
How to reproduce
- Open the eSteem v2.0.6 app in your mobile first.
- You can create a new post to check this issue or simply visit feed section where you can see the bug.
- Browser/App version:eSteem mobile v2.0.6
- Operating system:Android version 8.
Recording Of The Bug
I don't have recording but i have screenshot of this :
In above screenshot you can see same post in different app where the one app is showing real time (first one) and second one showing wrong timing of post age. I would like to say that both are eSteem app (older and newer).

Hi @face2face , thanks for reporting this. Its glad to have you contributing again :) I was able to observe this similar behavior.
The time on the posts are not consistent with the actual create time. I appreciate that you opened the issue on github before posting to utopian.
Here are some things about the post I will like to address:
The text in your expected behavior can be better worded. You could have said "Posts should reflect the correct post age and time of publishing"
Although the steps provided were easy to follow through, they can be better arranged. Possibly in this manner:
